At Conscious Bean, we strive to provide you with products you’ll love. However, we do understand that sometimes things just don’t work out.

With some restrictions (see below), if you would like to return all or part of your order, please reach out to our Guest Experience team within the window applicable to your item purchase with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. 

Return Specifics

Merchandise

All items must be unused and with all packaging intact and instructions included to be eligible for a refund. Items received without all packaging (including plastic wrap and shrink wrap) will not be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to apply for an account credit instead of a refund for any items not returned in sellable condition.

Clothing items are ineligible for returns. All clothing items are final sale. 

Digital Resources

If this product truly doesn’t meet your needs within 48 hours of the original purchase, We will return your original purchase price, minus transaction cost, The document must not have been duplicated or shared after its original creation.

Perishable Products

We do not accept returns for coffee, tea, chocolate, syrups, or other perishable items
